The fullbody, unique Barreshape method engages all muscle groups for visible results in just 8 sessions. On the floor, at the barre, using body weight or accessories (dumbbells, resistance band, ball)... you alternate exercises to tone thighs, abs and arms, sculpt the glutes, while burning fat at a steady pace. At Barreshape, your workouts are never the same: it's impossible to get bored or stagnate!
With no impact, the method is suitable for all women, whatever your dance level, physical condition or age.
Strengthening and stretching muscles
With particular and continuous attention to the core, our warm-up exercises help correct posture and bring the body into an ideal alignment.
