Our 45 to 55 minute formats are specially designed for maximum results in minimum time.
Get ready for a fun, intense and energizing workout that will keep you in shape by targeting all areas of your body with music and grace!
No special prop or equipement ! A floor mat and weights will do the trick (dumbbells for the more equipped or food cans!), a support as a barre (chair, countertop ...)

Book your virtual session on our online schedule. You will receive a confirmation email
from our FitGrid platform inviting you to download the Zoom application.
One hour before the class, the link of the class will be sent to you by email. Don't forget to check your junk mail folder.
Cancellation policy remains the same (12 hours before the start of the class).
If you are unable to attend the session, we can send you a replay of the class valid for 24 hours on request.
