In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, renewing subscriptions and selling the company's ancillary products and services (digital offer, online store, etc.). You will participate in the monthly
planning of sales strategies and actions to increase the number of leads and subscription sales. Under the supervision of the Manager, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services in order to promote them to a demanding clientele. The Business Developer analyzes the competition to identify sales trends. Above all, the Business Developer must build lasting relationships with customers and prospects, in order to build customer loyalty.
Your missions, reporting to the Manager:
- Sell subscriptions: you will be in charge of the sales cycle, from prospecting to the signing of subscription contracts
- Prospect for new customers (B to C and B to B)
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, subscription renewals and sales of the company's ancillary products and services (digital offering)
- Plan monthly, in consultation with the team, sales actions (communication, digital marketing) to develop the number of leads and the sale of subscriptions
- Implement the customer loyalty protocol: management of our automated marketing tool (telephone, email and SMS reminders)
- Organize events and workshops in the studio to generate new leads
- Create lasting relationships with the Barreshape community (members and prospects)
- Manage customer accounts and respond to customer requests and queries by e-mail and telephone
Profile required :
- Bac +3 minimum
- A first experience in sales with a demanding clientele and within a customer service or customer reception
- An excellent oral and written communication
- A great ease on the phone
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and sociable
- An affinity with the world of fitness
- A good level of spoken English
- Ability to work in a small team

Communications and multimedia project manager
6-month internship - full-time
Your missions, reporting to the Manager:
- Participation in the creation of communication media: print, web, video content, newsletters
- Animation of social networks, website and Blog (SEO): you will be in charge of content creation (Instagram, Facebook), community engagement, and SEO optimization to improve visibility and traffic on all our media
- Filming and video editing to feed our VOD platform
- Management, organization and participation in the redesign of our VOD platform
- Animation of the studio and organization of events: Back-to-school offers, Black Friday...
- Reception, studio and customer management (creating lasting relationships with the
Barreshape community)
- Responding to customer requests by e-mail, telephone and via the automated marketing tool Loyalsnap. You will be involved in analyzing customer feedback and implementing solutions to improve their experience
- Plan sales actions (communication, digital marketing) on a monthly basis, in consultation with the team, to develop the number of leads
- Business development: promotion of our VOD platform/targeted marketing actions consulting and sales of our digital and studio subscriptions
Profil recherché :
- Bac +3 minimum
- Student in communication or marketing
- At ease with Canva and iMovie
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Great ease on the phone
- Enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active
- Affinity with the fitness world
- Good level of spoken English
- Ability to work in a small team
- Bonus : initial experience in sales to a demanding
clientele and in a customer service or customer reception area.
Skills to be acquired:
- Design and produce attractive and effective communication media: you will be involved in graphic design, content writing, and the development of promotional materials for various campaigns
- Create audiovisual productions: you will learn to use editing tools and create engaging visual content for various media
- Animate social networks, website and blog (SEO)
- Set up media relations
- Develop and optimize the customer experience: understand and respond to customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You will learn how to identify key contact points, analyze customer interactions and suggest improvements to deliver a fluid, consistent experience across all communication channels.
Internship terms:
- 35 hours on a full-time basis
