in the U.S.A., England and Australia, BARRESHAPE, a unique premium concept, quickly became a success, with over 27,000 users since its creation. With expert coaches, carefully prepared playlists and chic, charismatic venues modelled on
"American boutique studios", this individualized approach to fitness revisits the traditional gym.


With a flagship studio in Paris's 3rd arrondissement, another space in the 16th and over 20 expert coaches trained in our method, BARRESHAPE continues to grow with the multiplication of class slots, certified coaches, press coverage and now its digital offering.

Your mission at Barreshape


As a Barreshape coach, you will:
• Lead dynamic, precise, and accessible classes based on our unique barre method (ballet + Pilates + cardio training).
• Support our clients with kindness, expertise, and a smile.
• Create an inspiring, fun, and motivating atmosphere where every woman feels at home.
• Represent the brand in our refined and welcoming studios.


Required qualifications and diplomas


We are looking for candidates with:
State-certified dance teacher qualification (all disciplines).
or
Very high level of dance ability, with strong technical skills and:
o Dancers preparing for or having completed the E.A.T. (Technical Aptitude Study).
or
o CQP Fitness Instructor (CQP IF) – group classes option or dual option.


Quick availability required.
Barreshape training is provided in-house: we support you from start to finish.

Customer Experience & Business Development Manager

To support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Experience & Business Development Manager: someone who is passionate, organized, and results-oriented, ready to deliver a premium customer experience from initial contact to loyalty building.


Your mission
You are responsible for the customer journey from A to Z: from the first visit to loyalty, including conversion and member follow-up.
As a salesperson, CRM strategist, and brand ambassador, you play a key role in the development of the Barreshape community.


Your main responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development
• Welcome each visitor, understand their needs, and offer them the most suitable option:
memberships, discovery packs, class cards, private classes, or digital platform.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, follow-ups, tracking discovery offers, managing cancellations, and winning back customers.
• Present the studios and the Barreshape universe during customer visits.
• Track your sales KPIs (conversion rate, retention, average basket size, etc.) and achieve your monthly targets.
• Use and enrich the CRM to ensure accurate and personalized customer follow-up.
🎯 Objective: to turn a trial visit into a loyal customer.


Customer experience & loyalty
• Provide high-end service and personalized attention at every stage of thecustomerjourney.
• Identify at-risk customers (cancellations, decline in frequency) and implement targeted retention measures.
• Manage sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Be the main point of contact (in person, by phone, email, or text message).
🎯 Objective: to provide a memorable experience for every customer.


Operational marketing & CRM
• Design and execute sales campaigns in consultation with the team: special offers, winback, referral programs, post-trial follow-ups, seasonal campaigns.
• Segment and activate audiences in the CRM (new customers, inactive customers, high-potential loyal customers).
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
• Participate in the creation of marketing messages: emails, text messages, call scripts, sales pitches.
🎯 Objective: boost revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.


Operations & Brand Image
• Ensure a flawless studio experience: reception, check-in, schedules, quality of spaces.
• Train and lead the reception team according to Barreshape standards.
• Coordinate with coaches and management for events (open houses, challenges, workshops, etc.).
🎯 Goal: make the studio a premium experience every time.


Required profile
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer management, or CRM marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial acumen.
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, MindBody, Google Workspace, marketing platforms).
• Genuine interest in the world of wellness, fitness, and premium lifestyle.
• Availability including some evenings and weekends.
Bonus: initial experience in creating or monitoring sales or CRM campaigns.

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Assistant on a work-study basis to actively participate in the development of our community and gain professional experience at our Paris studios.


Your mission
Working alongside the marketing team and studio management, you will be involved in the entire customer journey: from welcoming customers to building loyalty, including sales, follow-up, and relationship marketing.


A comprehensive, educational, and stimulating position to develop your sales, interpersonal, and marketing skills in a premium environment.


Your main responsibilities


Sales & Customer Relations
• Welcome visitors and guide them through the studio
• Identify needs and present offers (memberships, packages, VOD, etc.)
• Participate in follow-ups, prospect tracking, and winning back former customers
• Contribute to updating the CRM and tracking satisfaction indicators


Customer experience & operations
• Help create a premium customer experience
• Ensure the quality of the spaces and the smooth running of classes
• Work with coaches and the reception team to streamline the studio's daily operations
• Support the organization of events (open houses, challenges, workshops, etc.)


Marketing & CRM
• Assist in the creation of sales campaigns (winback, seasonal offers, sponsorships, etc.)
• Participate in the drafting of marketing messages (emails, text messages, studio visuals)
• Contribute to performance analysis and results tracking
• Be proactive in proposing new ideas to boost sales and customer loyalty


Required profile
• Student in business, marketing, or management (2 to 5 years of higher education)
• Confident speaker, cheerful, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented
• Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Excel/Sheets, Google Workspace, MindBody, etc.)
• Passionate about wellness, fitness, or premium lifestyle
• Available during extended hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Work-study schedule: 1 day/4 days
