Business Developer/Commercial

BARRESHAPE is looking for a sales representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, renewing subscriptions and selling the company's ancillary products and services (digital offer, online store, etc.). You will participate in the monthly
planning of sales strategies and actions to increase the number of leads and subscription sales. Under the supervision of the Manager, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services in order to promote them to a demanding clientele. The Business Developer analyzes the competition to identify sales trends. Above all, the Business Developer must build lasting relationships with customers and prospects, in order to build customer loyalty.


Your missions, reporting to the Manager:
- Sell subscriptions: you will be in charge of the sales cycle, from prospecting to the signing of subscription contracts
- Prospect for new customers (B to C and B to B)
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, subscription renewals and sales of the company's ancillary products and services (digital offering)
- Plan monthly, in consultation with the team, sales actions (communication, digital marketing) to develop the number of leads and the sale of subscriptions
- Implement the customer loyalty protocol: management of our automated marketing tool (telephone, email and SMS reminders)
- Organize events and workshops in the studio to generate new leads
- Create lasting relationships with the Barreshape community (members and prospects)

- Manage customer accounts and respond to customer requests and queries by e-mail and telephone

 

Profile required :
- Bac +3 minimum
- A first experience in sales with a demanding clientele and within a customer service or customer reception
- An excellent oral and written communication
- A great ease on the phone
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and sociable
- An affinity with the world of fitness
- A good level of spoken English
- Ability to work in a small team
- Flexible working hours
- CDD (then CDI) or sandwich course (rhythm 1D/4D)

Assistant Manager

Fixed-term contract (then permanent contract) or sandwich course (1D/4D rhythm)

BARRESHAPE is looking for an assistant manager for its studio in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.


Are you dynamic, organized, welcoming and have a highly developed sense of customer relations? Then this is the job for you!
We're looking for someone who's motivated and confident, to look after the customer experience and the quality of services offered to a demanding clientele. You'll be their main point of contact within our studios. You're energetic, friendly, proactive and an excellent communicator! You'll enjoy the variety of tasks entrusted to you, from welcoming new customers into the studio to maintaining the high standard of our brand image.

- Implementation of customer loyalty protocol: use of our automated marketing tool (telephone, email and SMS reminders)
- Management of staff schedules
- Studio management (general appearance, maintenance, purchasing, orders, etc.)


Profile required:
- has a higher education qualification (BAC+3/+4/+5)
- has previous experience with comparable responsibilities
- has strong customer relations skills
- is at ease with selling

- excellent writing skills
- organized, meticulous, curious, responsive, reliable, able to work as part of a team
- affinity with the world of fitness
- autonomous and able to make suggestions
- good spoken English
